Special Guest Executive Chef Charlie Walsh presented cooking demonstration, which was enjoyed at luncheon meeting.  Chef Walsh has more than 30 years experience in professional kitchens and culinary instructor at Long Island’s only accredited culinary school where he received Chef Instructor of The Year honors. He has appeared on television, radio and before live audiences here on Long Island.
